THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: ALEXANDRIA STRICKLAND, s/p/a ALEXANDRA STRICKLAND, MARLON DEAN STRICKLAND and TAMMY HOLLIS, if they be living or if they be deceased, then the heirs, executors, administrators, devisees. trustees, successors and assigns, creditors and claimants, immediate and remote, known and unknown of such decedents and the heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successors and assigns, creditors and claimants, immediate and remote, known and unknown of GUY D. STRICKLAND, LADONNA MARIE KNOTTS and IVA MARIE PRUITT LORING, all deceased.
You and each of you take notice that you have been sued in the District Court within and for Stephens County, State of Oklahoma, in an action wherein The Estate of Wilma Lorene Strickland, Deceased, by and through Rondal T. Abshire, Personal Representative of the Estate of Wilma Lorene Strickland, deceased, is the Plaintiff and Alexandria Strickland, s/p/a Alexandra Strickland, et al, are the Defendants for the following purposes:
(a) Decreeing that Plaintiff is the owner and in possession of the following described real property situate in Stephens County, Oklahoma:
The surface and surface rights only in and to a tract of land beginning at a point 330 feet West of the Northeast comer of the NE/4 of the SE/4 of Section 14, Township 1 South, Range 5 West, I.M., Stephens County, Oklahoma, thence South a distance of 134 feet to a point; thence in a Southwesterly direction to a point 315 feet South and 794 feet West of the Northeast comer of said NE/4 of the SE/4; thence North 315 feet to a point; thence East 462 feet to the point of beginning,
and determining that you have no right, title, or interest therein.
(b) Obtaining a judgment from the Court reforming a certain deed as to have such deed cover and convey the above referenced property to the Plaintiff as intended by the parties to such deed and as more specifically alleged in Plaintiff's Petition.
(c) Determining the death and heirship of GUY D. STRICKLAND, LADONNA MARIE KNOTTS and IVA MARIE PRUITT LORING, all deceased.
(d) Determining that any interest you have or may claim to have in and to the above described real property is barred by the statute of limitations of the State of Oklahoma.
(e) Decreeing the Plaintiff such other and further relief as may be equitable and just in the premises.
You and each of you are hereby notified that you must answer the Petition of the Plaintiff filed and on file herein, on or before the 20th day of April, 2026, or said Petition will be taken as true and a judgment and a decree entered against you quieting the Plaintiff's title to the above described real property as set out herein and set out in the Plaintiff's Petition, filed and on file herein and determining the death and heirship of GUY D. STRICKLAND, LADONNA MARIE KNOTTS and IVA MARIE PRUITT LORING, all deceased.
