Such application further states that the Targeted Reservoir involved herein for the multiunit horizontal well covered hereby is the Sycamore common source of supply, with the Woodford common source of supply covered hereby being a potential Adjacent Common Source of Supply. Sycamore and Woodford
so as to allow such multiunit horizontal well to be drilled into, to be completed in and to produce hydrocarbons from such separate common sources of supply in such units, with the Sycamore common source of supply being the Targeted Reservoir involved herein and the Woodford being a potential Adjacent Common Source of Supply, and with the completion interval of such multiunit horizontal well to be located in such lands as set forth below:
SUBSURFACE LOCATION TOLERANCE AREA FOR FIRST PERFORATION IN the non-standard 160-acre horizontal well unit formed for the Sycamore common source of supply in the N½ N½ of said Section 26:
not closer than 150 feet from the north line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of such unit (also being described as not closer than 150 feet from the north line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of said Section 26),
SUBSURFACE LOCATION TOLERANCE AREA FOR LAST PERFORATION IN the non-standard 160-acre horizontal well unit formed for the Sycamore common source of supply in the N½ N½ said Section 26:
not closer than 0 feet from the south line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of such unit (also being described as not closer than 0 feet from the south line of the tract comprising the N½ NW¼ of said Section 26 and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of said Section 26),
SUBSURFACE LOCATION TOLERANCE AREA FOR FIRST PERFORATION IN the non-standard 400-acre horizontal well unit formed for the Sycamore common source of supply in the S½ N½, the SE¼ and the N½ SW¼ of said Section 26:
not closer than 0 feet from the north line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of such unit (also being described as not closer than 0 feet from the north line of the tract comprising the S½ NW¼ of said Section 26 and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of said Section 26),
SUBSURFACE LOCATION TOLERANCE AREA FOR LAST PERFORATION IN the non-standard 400-acre horizontal well unit formed for the Sycamore common source of supply in the S½ N½, the SE¼ and the N½ SW¼ of said Section 26:
not closer than 0 feet from the south line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of such unit (also being described as not closer than 0 feet from the south line of the tract comprising the N½ SW¼ of said Section 26 and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of said Section 26),
SUBSURFACE LOCATION TOLERANCE AREA FOR FIRST AND LAST PERFORATIONS IN the non-standard 80-acre horizontal well unit formed for the Sycamore common source of supply in the S½ SW¼ of said Section 26:
not closer than 0 feet from the north line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line and not closer than 0 feet from the south line of such unit,
SUBSURFACE LOCATION TOLERANCE AREA FOR FIRST AND LAST PERFORATIONS IN the non-standard 120-acre horizontal well unit formed for the Sycamore common source of supply in the NE¼ NE¼ of said Section 34 and the N½ NW¼ of said Section 35:
not closer than 0 feet from the north line and not closer than 990 feet from the west line and not closer than 990 feet from the east line and not closer than 0 feet from the south line of such unit,
SUBSURFACE LOCATION TOLERANCE AREA FOR FIRST PERFORATION IN the non-standard 560-acre horizontal well unit to be formed for the Sycamore common source of supply in said Section 35, less the N½ NW¼ thereof:
not closer than 0 feet from the north line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of such unit (also being described as not closer than 0 feet from the north line of the tract comprising the S½ NW¼ of said Section 35 and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of said Section 35),
SUBSURFACE LOCATION TOLERANCE AREA FOR LAST PERFORATION IN the non-standard 560-acre horizontal well unit to be formed for the Sycamore common source of supply in said Section 35, less the N½ NW¼ thereof:
not closer than 0 feet from the south line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of such unit (also being described as not closer than 0 feet from the south line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line of said Section 35),
SUBSURFACE LOCATION TOLERANCE AREA FOR FIRST AND LAST PERFORATIONS IN the standard 640-acre horizontal well unit to be formed for the Sycamore common source of supply in said Section 2:
not closer than 0 feet from the north line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line and not closer than 150 feet from the south line of said Section 2.
and establishing a proper allocation factor for allocating the costs of and the production and proceeds from such multiunit horizontal well to each of the affected units covered hereby; and (ii) granting such other and further relief as may be proper based upon the evidence presented at the hearing herein.
Such application further states that the Targeted Reservoir involved herein for the multiunit horizontal well covered hereby is the Sycamore common source of supply, with the Woodford common source of supply covered hereby being a potential Adjacent Common Source of Supply. Such application further states that the units formed for the Woodford common source of supply in the lands covered hereby are of different sizes and shapes than those formed for the Sycamore common source of supply in the lands involved herein. Under the rules of the Commission, the requested subsurface tolerance area for the completion intervals of the multiunit horizontal well covered hereby must be described in relation to the units proposed to be affected. Therefore, the multiunit horizontal well involved herein is proposed to potentially be drilled into, to be completed in and to produce hydrocarbons from the Woodford common source of supply as an Adjacent Common Source of Supply covered hereby in the lands involved herein, with the completion interval of such multiunit horizontal well to be located in such lands as set forth below:

SUBSURFACE LOCATION TOLERANCE AREA FOR FIRST AND LAST PERFORATIONS IN the standard 640-acre horizontal well unit to be formed for the Woodford common source of supply in said Section 35:
not closer than 0 feet from the north line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line and not closer than 0 feet from the south line of said Section 35,
SUBSURFACE LOCATION TOLERANCE AREA FOR FIRST AND LAST PERFORATIONS IN the standard 640-acre horizontal well unit to be formed for the Woodford common source of supply in said Section 2:
not closer than 0 feet from the north line and not closer than 330 feet from the west line and not closer than 150 feet from the south line of said Section 2.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the application in this cause requests that the order to be entered in this matter be made effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause is set before an administrative law judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma. Notice is further given that the application in this cause may be amended at such hearing in accordance with the rules of the Commission and the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an administrative law judge on the Conservation Docket at the Western Regional Service Office of the Corporation Commission at the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building in the Capitol Complex, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105, at 8:30 A.M. on the 17th day of February, 2026, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission.
