NOTICE OF HEARING
PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT
OF PERSONAL
REPRESENTATIVE, AND
DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES, AND LEGATEES
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of JAMES L. CHURCHMAN, deceased, that on the 10th day of March, 2026, DIANA GAIL CHURCHMAN produced and filed in the District Court of Stephens County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of JAMES L. CHURCHMAN, deceased, and also filed in this Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will and asking that Letters Testamentary issue to DIANA GAIL CHURCHMAN, the Personal Representative named in said Will, and requesting that the Court determine the identity of all heirs, devisees, and legatees of said decedent.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 10th day of March, 2026, notice is hereby given that the 31st day of March, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m. has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will, before the Judge of the District Court, at the District Courtroom, in the Courthouse in the City of Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested in said estate may appear and contest the same.
