Take notice that you have been sued by Patricia Kirk Pereira, and that you must answer the Petition of the Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before July 20, 2026, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be rendered quieting Plaintiff's title to the following described real property, to-wit:
(a) A one-half (1/2) mineral interest in the NE/4 NE/4 SW/4 of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township One (01) South, Range Four (04) West, Stephens County, Oklahoma, being five (10.00) acres, more or less (allotment of Elias Kunantubbee, Full Blood Chickasaw, Roll No. 2458, deceased); and,
(b) A Tract in the SE/4 SW/4 SW/4 of Section Thirty-three (33), Township One (01) North, Range Two (02) East, Murray County, Oklahoma, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South line of the SE/4 SW/4 SW/4, 145 feet East of the SW/Corner of said 10.00 acre tract, thence East 70 feet, thence North 330 feet, thence West 70 feet, thence South 330 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.530 acres, more or less (collectively the "Subject Lands")
