Notice is hereby given that Richard Airoso has filed an application in the District Court of Stephens County, State of Oklahoma, in accordance with the provisions and requirements of 12 O.S. ยง 158.1, for a statewide private process server's license. Action will be taken on said application on the 6 day of July, 2026 10:00 A.M. before Judge Wheeler, and if there are no protests and the court determines the applicant is qualified, a license will be granted to the applicant by the court.
