ORDINANCE 1881
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DUNCAN, OKLAHOMA AMENDING ORDINANCE 10-402, WHICH ESTABLISHES OFFENSES AGAINST THE HEALTH, WELFARE, AND MORALS USED BY THE CITY OF DUNCAN, OKLAHOMA.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUNCAN, OKLAHOMA;
Section 1: EMERGENCY: WHEREAS, it being immediately necessary for the preservation of the peace, health, safety and welfare of the City of Duncan, Oklahoma, and the inhabitants thereof that the provisions of this Ordinance be put into full force and effect, an emergency is hereby declared to exist by reason whereof this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage as provided by law.
