SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, AND THE PETITION FOR
DETERMINATION OF HEIRS,
DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE AND DISCHARGE
NOTICE IS HEREBY given to all persons interested in the Estate of Dorothy Mae Alexander, Deceased, that on this date, Arva J. Peters, who may be contacted through counsel at the address below, filed a Petition for Summary Administration in the District Court of Stephens County, State of Oklahoma, praying that Letters of Special Administration issue to Arva J. Peters, that Letters of Administration, if necessary, issue to the same. Said Petition further prays that the heirs-at-law of said Decedent be determined; that the final accounting be waived; the property of the Decedent subject to the jurisdiction of this Court be distributed; and that the Special Administrator be discharged, and for other relief as prayed for in said Petition, which Petition you may refer to for further particulars. Decedent died without a Will.

The probable value of the estate of Dorothy Mae Alexander, Deceased, so far as known to the Petitioner is $22,000.
The above-named Decedent died on the 18th day of September, 2013, at which time the address of the Decedent was 317 S. Viola Street, Duncan, Oklahoma 73533.
Pursuant to an Order of said Court, notice is hereby given that the 21 day of July, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock A.M. in the Courtroom of the undersigned Judge, or the Judge to whom this cause is assigned on said date, in the County Courthouse in the City of Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Petition, and considering all relief prayed for in the Petition presented to the Court on said date. All persons interested may appear at said hearing.
Any person receiving this notice or any interested party may file objections to the Petition at or before the final hearing. All objections to the Petition and/or any relief requested must be made in writing, with such objection to be filed herein, with a copy being provided to the Petitioner and the attorney for the same, and if an objection is not made within the allowed time, all persons will be deemed to have waived any objection to the Petition and the relief prayed for.
If an objection is filed on or before the hearing date, on the hearing date the Court will determine whether summary proceedings are appropriate, and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed and to whom the Estate will be distributed.
TO ALL CREDITORS OF THE ABOVE NAMED DECEDENT: All creditors having claims against the above named Decedent are required to present the same, with a description of all security interest or other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to Danny B. Nichols at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days following the granting of the order admitting the petition and combined notice, or the same will be forever barred.
