NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION TO ADMIT FOREIGN WILL TO
PROBATE, FOR APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, WAIVER OF INVENTORY AND APPRAISAL, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS
NOTICE is hereby given that on the 6th day of July, 2026, David D. Reynard, Jr., filed a Petition with this Court requesting that the Will of Velma Elizabeth Nixon be admitted to probate in the State of Oklahoma. Said Petition requests that he be appointed as Personal Representative of the Estate, that Letters Testamentary issue to him, the Inventory and Appraisal be waived, and the heirs be determined.
Said Petition is hereby set for hearing on Tuesday, the 1st day of September, 2026, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. in the court room of the undersigned judge at the County Courthouse in Stephens County, Oklahoma, when and where all interested persons may appear and contest the same.
