ORDER FOR AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON RETURN OF SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY SOLD AT
PUBLIC AUCTION
On this 2nd day of June, 2026, the Return of Sale of Personal Property Sold at Public Auction was filed in the above-styled and-numbered case by PAUL D. WADE ("Wade"), agent for Waynemma J. Allen, Personal Representative of the Estate of Theda Jeanette Musshafen (the "Decedent"). In such Return of Sale of Personal Property Sold at Public Auction, Wade stated that on May 2, 2026, all of the personal property owned by the estate of the Decedent, except livestock and those items excluded under the terms of the Estates Settlement Agreement approved by this Court on February 27, 2026, were sold at public auction by Parker Scroggins Auction Service in Rush Springs, Oklahoma, for total net proceeds of $24,159.56, as reflected on Exhibits "A" and "B" attached to said Return of Sale of Personal Property Sold at Private Sale Wade, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars.
IT THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that such Return of Sale of Personal Property Sold at Private Sale should be and hereby set for confirmation hearing before this Court on the 14th day of July, 2026 at 10:30 o'clock a.m.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that a copy of this order and notice shall be published one time in a newspaper in Stephens County and mailed to all of the heirs and devisees of the Decedent, both to be done at least ten (10) days prior to the date of such hearing.
