NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of GREGORY KAYNE CHOATE, Deceased (the "Decedent"), that on the 12th day of January, 2026, Paula Marie Choate produced in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, the original of an instrument entitled Mutual and Conjoint Last Will and Testament of Gregory Kayne Choate and Paula Marie Choate, which is alleged to the will of Gregory Kayne Choate (the "Decedent" and the “Decedent's Will”), together with a copy of the Decedent's Will, praying that the same be admitted to probate, that Paula Marie Choate be appointed as Personal Representative, that the heirs, devisees and legatees of the Decedent be determined by the Court, and that Letters of Special Administration and Letters Testamentary be issued to Paula Marie Choate.
Pursuant to an order of this Court made on this day, notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of February, 2026, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., the petition will be heard at the District Courtroom, Stephens County Courthouse, Duncan, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
