NOTICE OF HEARING
PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT
OF PERSONAL
REPRESENTATIVE, AND
DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES
NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of GAIL SWENSON, Deceased, that on the 9th day of February, 2026, Swen A. Voekel produced and filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of GAIL SWENSON, Deceased, and also filed in said Court his Petition praying for the probate of said Last Will and Testament and asking that Letters Testamentary issue to SWEN A. VOEKEL as Personal Representative named in said Last Will and Testament and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees, and legatees of said Decedent.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 9th day of February, 2026, notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of March, 2026, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., the Petition will be heard at the Associate District Courtroom, in the Stephens County Courthouse, Duncan, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
