NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of Barton Edward Bobier, also known as Barton E. Bobier, and Bart Bobier, deceased, that on the 3rd day of February, 2026, Linda Day Bobier produced and filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing, purported to be the Last Will and Testament of Barton Edward Bobier, deceased, and also filed in said Court a petition praying for the probate of said Will, and that Letters Testamentary issue to Linda Day Bobier and also for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent.
Pursuant to an Order of said Court, the 24th day of February, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m. of said day has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will and determining the identity of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent in the Courtroom of the undersigned Judge at the County Courthouse in Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
