NOTICE OF HEARING FINAL ACCOUNT PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE DETERMINATION OF
HEIRSHIP AND DISCHARGE OF PERSONAL
REPRESENTATIVE
NOTICE is hereby given that Linda Day Bobier, Personal Representative of the Estate of Barton Edward Bobier, Deceased, has rendered and presented for settlement and filed in this Court her Final Account and report of the administration of said decedent, Petition for Distribution of said estate, including all real and personal property belonging thereto, Determination of Heirship, and for her Discharge as Personal Representative; and that on the 14th day of July, 2026, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the undersigned Judge's courtroom at the County Courthouse in Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, having been ordered by this Court as the time and place for settlement of said Final Account, and for hearing said Petition for Distribution of said estate, Determination of Heirship and Discharge of Personal Representative of said estate, at which time and place any persons interested in said estate may appear and file their exceptions to said Final Account and contest the same.
