NOTICE OF HEARING
MOTION TO VACATE ORDER CONFIRMING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Amber Lynn Hall, Personal Representative of the Estate of David S. Hall, deceased, has filed herein her Motion to Vacate the Order Confirming Sale of Real Property entered in the above styled and numbered cause on the 23rd day of October, 2025, and further requesting that she be authorized and allowed to accept further bids, without further notice, to sell all of said estate's right, title and interest in and to the following described real property of said estate, situated in Stephens County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in and to Lot Five (5), Block Fourteen (14), of LANG ADDITION to the City of Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma,
and that the 3rd day of March, 2026, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Courtroom of the Associate District Judge at the County Courthouse in the City of Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, has been duly appointed by said Court for hearing said Motion, at which time any person interested in said estate may appear and file their exceptions in writing to said Motion, and contest the same, if any objection thereto be had.
