ALIAS NOTICE OF HEARING
AMENDED RETURN OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Stefanie Prather, Personal Representative of the Estates of Harold G. Askins and Donna M. Askins, both deceased, has returned and presented for confirmation, and filed in said Court her amended return of sale of all of said estate's right, title and interest in and to the following described real property of said estates, situated in Stephens County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the Surface and Surface Rights Only in and to Lot 8, in Block 1, in Rayburn Addition No. 2 to Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma,
to Duncan Neighborhood Rentals, LLC, an Oklahoma Limited Liability Company, for the sum of $21,500.00, and that the 16th day of June, 2026, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Courtroom of the Associate District Judge at the County Courthouse in Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, has been duly appointed by said Court for hearing said Amended Return, at which time any person interested in said estates may appear and file their exceptions in writing to said Amended Return and contest the same, and are hereby referred to said Amended Return for further particulars.
The Personal Representative has also requested that this Court vacate that Order Confirming Sale which was filed herein on April 13, 2026.
