MANDEVILLE, Deceased. Case No. PB-2024-96 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF MALCOLM C. MANDEVILLE YOU ARE NOTIFIED that on the 2nd day of August, 2024, the Petitioner, Patricia Eugenia Mandeville f/k/a Patricia E. Skinner, of Flagstaff, Arizona, filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Ancillary Summary Administration. The Petitioner has alleged that Malcolm C. Mandeville, age 76, died testate on April 24, 2013, domiciled and residing in Flagstaff, Coconino, Arizona and the total value of the Decedent's property situate in the State of Oklahoma is less than $200,000.00. Attached to the Petition is a copy of the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent. The Petitioner has asked that this Court admit a copy of said exemplified Will to probate as the original has been admitted to probate in the Superior Court of Arizona, Coconino County, Case No. PB-2023-00161 in the Matter of the Estate of Malcolm M. Mandeville, and order ancillary summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S., Section 245, et seq. In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, this Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order Notice to Creditors and issue an Order for a hearing upon the Petition for Ancillary Summary Administration and Admission of Will to Probate, the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees and Distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Malcolm C. Mandeville, deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, in care of Jan Preece Gaddis, Attorney at Law, 1111 West Willow, Suite 203, Duncan, Oklahoma, 73533, on or before the 20th day of September, 2024, or the same will be forever barred. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held on the 10th day of December, 2024, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., at the Stephens County Courthouse, Duncan, Oklahoma, before Judge Lawrence Wheeler. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Ancillary Summary Administration, admit the Will to probate and approve the Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees and Distribution of the Petitioner. The Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees, Devisees and Distribution will be filed herein on or before the 18th day of November, 2024. YOU ARE HEREBY ADVISED THAT YOU MUST FILE OBJECTIONS TO THE PETITION FOR ANCILLARY SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION AND ADMISSION OF WILL TO PROBATE AND THE FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, LEGATEES AND DEVISEES AND DISTRIBUTION BEFORE THE HEARING AND SEND A COPY TO THE PETITIONER'S ATTORNEY, JAN PREECE GADDIS, 1111 WEST WILLOW, SUITE 203, DUNCAN, OKLAHOMA, 73533, OR YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE WAIVED ANY OBJECTIONS. IF YOU HAVE NO OBJECTIONS, YOU NEED NOT APPEAR AT THE HEARING OR MAKE ANY FILINGS WITH THE COURT.
