NOTICE OF HEARING FINAL ACCOUNT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP AND DISCHARGE OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE

NOTICE is hereby given that Allie Horton, Personal Representative of the Estate of Vicki Jane Lewis, has rendered and presented for settlement and filed in this Court her Final Account of Personal Representative, Petition for Distribution of Estate, Determination of Heirship and Discharge of Personal Representative; and that the 30th day of June, 2026, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the District Courtroom in the County Courthouse in Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, having been ordered by this Court as the time and place for settlement of said Final Account, and for hearing said Petition for Distribution of said estate, Determination of Heirship and Discharge of Personal Representative of said estate, at which time and place any persons interested in said estate may appear and file their exceptions to said Final Account and contest the same.
