PB-2024-13 (Published in the Thursday edition of The Duncan Banner, April 25, 2024 - 1 time) IN THE DISTRICT COURT WITHIN AND FOR STEPHENS COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF BILLY GLEN BARTON, DECEASED Case No. PB-2024-13 ORDER FOR HEARING PETITION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY Now on this 23rd day of April, 2024, came on for hearing the Petition of Sharon Kay Williams, Administratrix of the Estate of Billy Glen Barton, Deceased, for the sale of certain real property belonging to the Estate of Billy Glen Barton, Deceased, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the verified Petition of the Administratrix filed herein that it is necessary to sell the following described real property situated in Stephens County, Oklahoma, to-wit: THE SURFACE AND SURFACE RIGHTS ONLY in and to the South 80 feet of Lot 12 and the South 80 feet of the West 15 feet of Lot 13, Block 85, in the City of Marlow, Stephens County, Oklahoma, for the reason that there are not sufficient funds on hand in said estate to pay the charges of administration and debts due, owing, and outstanding against said Decedent and said estate, the property is burdensome and depreciating in value and it would otherwise be in the best interest of the estate. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, CONSIDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons interested in the Estate of Billy Glen Barton, Deceased, appear before the undersigned Judge in his Courtroom at the County Courthouse in Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, on the 21st day of May, 2024, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., which is more than ten (10) days from the date the Petition was filed herein, then and there to show cause, if any they have, why an order as prayed for in said Petition should not be granted to said Administratrix to sell said real property of said decedent, at private sale, for the reason and purposes mentioned and set forth in said Petition. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, CONSIDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that a copy of this Order be mailed to all of the heirs and other persons interested in said estate, whose addresses are known, at least ten (10) days prior to the date set for hearing, and that a copy of this Order be published one (1) time in a newspaper of general circulation in Stephens County, Oklahoma, at least ten (10) days before the time fixed for said hearing. /s/Lawrence M.
