NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Maudie O. Nelson, Deceased, that on the 6th day of February, 2026, Bobby James Nelson, who is also known as Bob J. Nelson, filed in this cause a Petition praying for the appointment of a Successor Personal Representative and that Letters of Administration issue to Bobby James Nelson, who is also known as Bob J. Nelson, of Wichita, Kansas.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 6th day of February, 2026, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 24th day of February, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock A.M., of said day has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition at the District Courtroom in the County Courthouse in Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
