PETITION FOR APPROVAL OF OIL AND GAS LEASES
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that the Petitioners, being restricted members of the Choctaw Tribe and heirs of Harriet Lewis, have filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, their Third Amended Petition for the approval by the Court of Oil and Gas Leases executed in favor of Continental Resources, Inc. for a primary term of three (3) years from the date thereof, for a cash bonus of $850.00 per net mineral acre and One Dollar per acre paid up delay rentals, and covering their interest in and to the oil, gas and other minerals owned by them, by inheritance, in and to the following described lands located in Stephens County, Oklahoma, which lands were originally a portion of the allotment of Harriet Lewis, a full-blood member of the Choctaw Tribe enrolled opposite Roll No. 9373
Lots Three (3), Five (5), the Southeast 10 acres of Lot Four (4), the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (N/2 SE/4 NW/4), the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (S/2 SE/4 NW/4), the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E/2 SW/4), and the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (W/2 NW/4 SE/4) of Section 06-03S-04W, Stephens County, Oklahoma, containing 226.94 acres, more or less
(the "Subject Property"),
The Leases offered to the Petitioners and for which Petitioners seek approval by this Court
are upon the usual and customary form and reserve unto the lessors 3/16th of all oil, gas and petroleum produced from said lands and tenements.
The Petition has been set for hearing and will be heard in the District Courtroom in the Stephens County Courthouse in the City of Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, on the 15 day of June, 2026, at 1:15 p.m., at which time and place any objections to the approval of said Oil and Gas Leases may be duly presented and made to the Court, and at such hearing competitive bidding may be had on said Oil and Gas Leases and the same may be confirmed in the name of the person offering the highest bid therefor, the purchaser to pay, in addition to the bonus money for said Leases, all court costs, publication fees, revenue stamps, if any, recording fees and attorneys fees attributable to the sale of said Leases.
All interested parties may appear and be heard at said hearing.
