You take notice that you have been sued in the District court within and for Stephens County, State of Oklahoma, in an action wherein the Christian Helping Hands of Comanche, Inc., are the Plaintiffs for the following purposes:
1. Decreeing that Christian Helping Hands of Comanche, Inc., an Oklahoma not for profit corporation, is the owners of and quieting their title in and to the following described real property situated in Stephens County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
The North 90 feet of Lot Three (3), all in Block Thirty-one (31) in the City of Comanche, Stephens County, State of Oklahoma.
and determining that you have no right, title, lien, estate encumbrance, claim, assessment, or interest therein.
2. Decreeing the Plaintiffs such other and further relief as may be equitable and just in the premises, including quieting title in the above property;
You are hereby notified that you must answer the Petition of the Plaintiffs, filed and on file herein, on or before the 23rd day of July, 2026, or said Petition will be taken as true and a judgment and a decree entered against you quieting the Plaintiff's title to the above-described real property as set out herein and set out in the Plaintiff's Petition, filed and on file herein.
