You are hereby notified that you have been sued by the Plaintiff above named, in the captioned proceeding, upon Amended Petition filed herein by the Plaintiff, alleging that Plaintiff is now and has been for a period in excess of fifty (50) years, in possession of the following described real property, situate in Stephens County, State of Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows:
The East Half (E/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) and the West Half (W/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section 21, Township 2 South, Range 7 West of the Indian Meridian, Stephens County, Oklahoma, less and except all of the oil, gas other minerals and mineral rights thereunder, containing 10 acres mol;
and
The West Half (W/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) and the East Half (E/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) and the SouthHalf (S/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the

interest in and to the above described real property, adverse to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff and of the Defendants, Matthew Daron Thomas, Keta Raye Thomas, Desire Darlene Thomas-Haddock, Jodie Florine Thomas Andrews and Joe Franklin Thomas II, to said real property. (The claim of the Plaintiff is to all of the above described property. Notice is hereby given that your claim constitutes a cloud upon the title of the Plaintiff and the Defendants, Matthew Daron Thomas, Keta Ray Thomas, Desire Darlene Thomas-Haddock, Jodie Florine Thomas Andrews and Joe Franklin Thomas II. You are hereby directed to file a written Answer to the Amended Petition filed herein by the Plaintiff, on or before March 3, 2026, and set forth any claim you may have, or might have, in and to the above-described real property. If you fail to file an Answer to the Plaintiff's Amended Petition, by March 3, 2026, the Plaintiffs Amended Petition will be taken as true by the Court and a Decree will be entered, confirming and quieting Plaintiff's Title into all of the above described property and confirming and quieting title in and to the 50 acres described above, to the Defendants, Matthew Daron Thomas, Keta Ray Thomas, Desire Darlene Thomas-Haddock, Jodie Florine Thomas Andrews and Joe Franklin Thomas II.
