The Petitioner has alleged that Burnis Wayne Sanner, who was also known as Burnis W. Sanner and as B. W. Sanner, died intestate on the 30th day of October, 2000, at the age of seventy-four (74) years, while domiciled in Duncan, Stephens County, State of Oklahoma. That due search and inquiry has been made to ascertain if said Decedent left a Last Will and Testament, but none has been found and according to the best information, knowledge and belief of the Petitioner, said Decedent died intestate. The Petitioner has asked that this Court order summary proceedings pursuant to OK ST T. 58 §245, et seq. In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, this Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order Notice to Creditors and issue an Order for a hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs and Distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Burnis Wayne Sanner, who was also known as Burnis W. Sanner and as B. W. Sanner, Deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, in care of LEACH&SULLIVAN, Limited Liability Partnership, P.O.
