CREDITORS AND NOTICE
OF HEARING
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE PATRICIA ELIZABETH LAZAR, DECEASED:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that on the 3rd day of March, 2026, the Petitioner, Theresa Lazar Springmann, 880 North Lake Shore Drive, Apt. 5H, Chicago, IL 60611, filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration. The Petitioner has alleged that Patricia Elizabeth Lazar, died testate on the 28th day of November, 2023, at the age of ninety (90) years, while domiciled in San Diego, San Diego County, State of California.
That the decedent, Patricia Elizabeth Lazar, left a Last Will and Testament bearing the date of the 26th day of February, 2022, and the same was admitted to probate in the Superior Court of San Diego County, California, in Case No. 24PE001529C; that a duly certified copy of the Last Will and Testament and Order for Probate and Letters showing probate of said Will in said County and State, were attached to the Petition filed herein marked "Exhibit A" and incorporated herein by reference. The Petitioner has asked this Court to admit said Will to probate and order summary proceedings pursuant to OK ST T. 58 §245, et seq.
In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, this Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order Notice to Creditors and issue an Order for a hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs and Distribution.
Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Patricia Elizabeth Lazar, deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security· interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, in care of LEACH & SULLIVAN, Limited Liability Partnership, P.O. Box 160, Duncan, Oklahoma, 73534-0160 or 921 W. Main, Duncan, Oklahoma, 73533, on or before the 6th day of April, 2026, or the same will be forever barred.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held on the 5th day of May, 2026, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., at the Stephens County Courthouse in Duncan, Oklahoma, before the Honorable Lawrence M. Wheeler in his Courtroom. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration and the Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs and Distribution of the Petitioner.
The Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs and Distribution will be filed herein at least twenty (20) days prior to the hearing aforesaid.

If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether the Will attached to the Petition shall be admitted to probate, whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed, and to whom the estate will be distributed.
