NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION TO APPOINT PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, ADMIT WILL TO PROBATE, DETERMINE HEIRSHIP AND TO WAIVE INVENTORY AND APPRAISAL
NOTICE is hereby given that on the 6th day of July, 2026, Lisa Lougheed a/k/a Lisa Michelle Brock Lougheed, filed a Petition with this Court requesting that the Will of James Harold Brock, Jr., be admitted to probate in the State of Oklahoma. Said Petition requests that she be appointed as Personal Representative of the Estate, that Letters Testamentary issue to her, the Inventory and Appraisal be waived, and the heirs be determined.
Said Petition is hereby set for hearing on Tuesday, the 1st day of September, 2026, at 10:00 o'clock a.m. in the court room of the undersigned judge at the County Courthouse in Stephens County, Oklahoma, when and where all interested persons may appear and contest the same.
