ORDER FOR COMBINED NOTICE
Now on this 11 day of August, 2026, comes on before the Court the Petition for Summary Administration, Final Accounting, Determination of Heirship, Distribution, and Discharge ("Petition") of Shelley Floyd, by and through her attorney John D. Otey. Having reviewed the
record and being fully advised, the Court finds:
1. This Court has the jurisdiction and is the property venue for this matter.
2. Proper application has been made for summary administration pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245; pursuant to 58 O.S. § 246.A. the Court shall dispense with regular estate proceedings prescribed by law, and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing the Petition combined into one notice ("Combined Notice").
3. The Petition is in proper form and accompanied by a waiver of all persons with a prior right of appointment and, pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245.D., the Court shall issue Letters of Special Administration to John D. Otey, to serve without bond.
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, the Petition will be heard before this Court in District Courtroom 304 Probate Division, at Duncan, Oklahoma, on the 6th day of October. 2026 at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m.; and pursuant to 58 O.S. § 246.B. the Combined Notice filed with the Petition shall be published in a newspaper published in this County prior to the hearing pursuant to Oklahoma law.
