PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION

Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of August, 2026, Ariel Marie Abbe filed in the District Court of the County of Stephens County, State of Oklahoma, a petition praying for Letters of Administration to be issued to her upon the Estate of Robert Earl Phelps, deceased, and that a determination be made of all heirs of Robert Earl Phelps, deceased.

Pursuant to an Order of said Court made on the 5th day of August, 2026, notice is hereby given that the 1st day of September, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said petition at the District Courtroom in said County and State, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
