COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING
To:All persons interested in the estate of Loren K. Tonkinson, a/k/a Loren Kenneth Tonkinson (hereinafter "Decedent'), deceased.
You are hereby notified there was filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration. The Court, without hearing, found that proper application had been made and entered its Order Approving Petition for Summary Administration, Appointing Personal Representative, and Order for Combined Notice, appointing Barbara A. Fleetwood (hereinafter "Personal Representative"), as personal representative of the above-referenced estate.
The Personal Representative alleged as follows:
That the Decedent died intestate on February 9, 1991, an adult, domiciled and residing in Stephens County, Oklahoma; and that the total probable value of his property is less than $200,000.00.
That the names, ages, and last-known addresses of the administrators, executors, non-petitioning co-nominees, heirs, legatees, and devisees the Decedent, so far as known to the Personal Representative, are as follows:

In the Order Approving Petition for Summary Administration, Appointing Personal Representative, and Order for Combined Notice, entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration and the Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Devisees, and Legatees, Distribution of Property and Discharge.
Pursuant to the Order Approving Petition for Summary Administration, Appointing Personal Representative, and Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against the above Decedent are required to present same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim to the Personal Representative c/o Munson, McMillin, Madduri, & Williams, P.C., 247 North Broadway, Suite 103, Edmond, Oklahoma 73034. The claim of any creditor will be barred unless the claim is presented no more than thirty (30) days following the granting of the Order Approving Petition for Summary Administration, Appointing Personal Representative, and Order for Combined Notice.
Notice is hereby given that this matter has been set for hearing on the 29th day of September, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the Stephens County Courthouse, 101 South 11th Street, Room 309, Duncan, Oklahoma 73533, before the Honorable Lawrence M. Wheeler, Judge of the District Court. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Devisees, and Legatees, Distribution of Property and Discharge, which will be filed herein no less than twenty (20) days before the hearing.
You are hereby advised that you must file any objections before the hearing and send a copy to the Personal Representative's attorneys, Munson, McMillin, Madduri, & Williams, P.C., 247 North Broadway, Suite 103, Edmond, Oklahoma 73034, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court.
If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing, whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed.
