NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES, AND LEGATEES

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of CLAYTON L. PARKINSON, deceased, that on the 5th day of August, 2026, TOBIAH N. PARKINSON produced and filed in the District Court of Stephens County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of CLAYTON L. PARKINSON, deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition requesting that said Will be admitted to probate and that Letters Testamentary be issued to TOBIAH N. PARKINSON, the Personal Representative named in said Will, and requesting that the Court determine the identity of all heirs, devisees, and legatees of said decedent.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 5th day of August, 2026, notice is hereby given that the 25th day of August 2026, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will, before the Judge of the District Court, at the District Courtroom, in the Courthouse in the City of Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested in said estate may appear and contest the same.
