ISSUANCE OF LETTERS OF
ADMINISTRATION
NOW on this 6 day of August, 2026, there having been produced in this Court a Petition praying that TAMMY R. GORE, Petitioners of the estate of BILLIE JO MATHEWS, that they be appointed the Personal Representative of BILLIE JO MATHEWS, that the heirs of said decedent be determined by the Court, and that Letters of Administration be issued to TAMMY R. GORE.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that said Petition be and is hereby set for hearing on the 1st day of September, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m. Of said day in the District Courtroom in the County Courthouse in Duncan, Stephens County, State of Oklahoma.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that notice thereof be given by mailing a copy of the Notice of Hearing Petition to all of the heirs of the decedent as required by law.
