ORDER FOR HEARING PETITION FOR LETTERS OF
ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS
NOW on this 7 day of August 2026, there having been produced in this Court a Petition for Letters of Administration, Appointment of Personal Representative and Determination of Heirs, and that Brittany Holmes, be appointed as Personal Representative of the Estate of Melanie Susan Chamberlain, that the heirs of said decedent be determined by the Court, and that Letters of Administration be issued to Brittany Holmes.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that said Petition be and is hereby set for hearing on the 15th day of September 2026, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m., on said day in the District Courtroom in the County Courthouse in Duncan, Stephens County, State of Oklahoma.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the Court that notice thereof be given by mailing a copy of the Notice of Hearing Petition to all of the heirs of the decedent as required by law.
