Notice of Lease Auction of Restricted Indian Land
Hosted by the Chickasaw Agency ~ Bureau of Indian Affairs, 2015 Lonnie Abbott Boulevard, Ada, Oklahoma, for the Grazing, Agricultural, and Recreational (Hunting) leasing of the 51 individual trust and restricted Indian lands, located in the following counties:
Carter, Coal, Garvin, Grady, Jefferson Johnston, Love, Marshall, McClain, Murray, Pontotoc and Stephens
The lease auction will take place on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at Treasure Valley Casino & Hotel, 12252 Ruppe Road, Davis, OK 73030, beginning at 10 a.m. Doors will open at 9 a.m.
This sale will be an ORAL auction only. No sealed bids are being accepted. Bidders can find more information on our website at https://www.bia.gov/regional-offices/eastern-oklahoma/chickasaw-agency. Registration for the auction can be completed at the lease auction starting at 9 a.m. Registration will close at 9:55 a.m. in preparation for the oral auction.
Successful bidders must remit a full year's rental and administrative fee at the conclusion of the auction to secure the contract prior to lease approval.
The sale of leases will be conducted under regulations promulgated by the Secretary of the Interior; 25 CFR 162. Tracts are being offered to the highest responsible bidder. Please note that no bidder will be afforded any preference. Also, please take into consideration that your bid offer will ONLY be for the undivided restricted interest in the tract; it will be your responsibility to make payment to any fee owner(s) on the tract you are bidding on. The Secretary of the Interior reserves the right to reject any bid when such is in the best interest of the Indian owners. Contact the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Chickasaw Agency, P.O.
