NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Commission issue an Order authorizing Applicant or some other party recommended by Applicant to drill, complete and produce a well at an off-pattern location as follows:
Commencement of Completion Interval for Mississippian and Woodford Common Sources of Supply in Section 31: no closer than 150 feet from the north line and no closer than 330 feet from the east line of Section 31-1N-4W;
End of Completion Interval for Mississippian and Woodford Common Sources of Supply in Section 31: no closer than 0 feet from the south line and no closer than 330 feet from the east line of Section 31-1N-4W;
Commencement of Completion Interval for Mississippian and Woodford Common Sources of Supply in Section 6: no closer than 0 feet from the north line and no closer than 330 feet from the east line of Section 6-1S-4W;
End of Completion Interval for Mississippian and Woodford Common Sources of Supply in Section 6: no closer than 150 feet from the south line and no closer than 330 feet from the east line of Section 6-1S-4W;
Commencement of Completion Interval for Hunton Common Source of Supply in Section 31: no closer than 200 feet from the north line and no closer than 330 feet from the east line of Section 31-1N-4W;
End of Completion Interval for Hunton Common Source of Supply in Section 31: no closer than 0 feet from the south line and no closer than 330 feet from the east line of Section 31-1N-4W;

so as to produce hydrocarbons from the Mississippian common source of supply in the 640-acre horizontal well drilling and spacing units and in the Woodford and Hunton common sources of supply in the 640-acre drilling and spacing units established by Order No. 668668 in Section 6 and by Order No. 640110 in Section 31 without any downward allowable adjustment. The well is moving toward Section 30-1N-4W and Sections 5, 7 and 8-1S-4W and Sections 29 and 32-1N-4W and toward the Continental Resources Sikes 1-31H well (API #3513727303) located in Section 31-1N-4W and toward the Continental Resources Betts M1-6-31XH well (API #3513727503) located in Section 31-1N-4W and Section 6-1S-4W and toward the Marathon Oil Leslie 1-7H well (API #3513727170) located in Section 7-1S-4W and toward the Citation Jackson 1-29H well (API #3513725333) located in Section 29-1N-4W and toward the Casillas Ringer 1-32H well (API #3513725272) located in Section 32-1N-4W and toward the Citation Clark 1-5H well (API #3513725290) located in Section 5-1S-4W and toward the Casillas Boardwalk 1-5MH well (API #3513727562) located in Section 5-1S-4W and toward the Roan Resources Zenyatta 29-32-1-4 1WXH well (API #3513727542) located in Sections 29 and 32-1N-4W.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following special relief: Applicant may request the Order be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto and designate Applicant or some other party recommended by Applicant to drill, complete and produce the well(s).
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, 1st Floor, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m., on the 3rd day of March, 2020, and that this Notice be published as required by law and by the rules of the Commission.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact Applicant or Applicant's attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide their name and phone number.
